The Siemens SL100RD SL Type Transfer Switch provides the mechanism for transferring power between utility and generator service. Engineered with Digital Load Management (DLM) technology, the switch has the ability to cycle on and off two air conditioners without adding additional components. This allows for a smaller generator to cover more circuits than when paired with a standard transfer switch. Cover more circuits with a smaller generator or every circuit when paired with a higher kW generator. Add additional individual DLM modules (5937) and manage up to four more large loads on single phase SL type transfer switches. The switch is compatible with Siemens Nexus controllers. The Nexus controller senses power outages and initiates the transfer of power to the generator via the automatic transfer switch.
